Man City – Arsenal

Man City – Arsenal
English Premier League April 26th at 21:00 (GMT+2)
This game will be one of the biggest and most nerve racking game of the Premier League season so far. Arsenal and Man City will be pushing and fighting for 1st place on the Table.
Arsenal are currently sitting at the top of the table with 75 points with Man City in 2nd place with 70 points. There is only a 5 point gap between them which is cutting it very close resulting in a very tense and risky game.
In their last 3 games Arsenal haven’t been playing up to the level that they were playing in the begging of the league. Arsenal seemed to loose purpose and lost their confidence, they stopped doing the simple things well, unlike all season where they have been focused and diligent, now they are loosing penalties and not properly working together. Things need to be fixed and Arsenal need to remain strong and focused to try and keep their heads above the water to try and win against Man City .
Meanwhile Man City has been playing exceptionally well and have been on a winning streak with their last 5 games all wins, even throughout the season Man City haven’t lost a game only having wins and ties. Will that give them the advantage of playing stronger or will it cause a loss with over confidence is now the question we are all waiting to find out the answer of.
This game could end Arsenals chance of winning the League which they have been striving and pushing for, not having won the league since 2003/04, Arsenal has the opportunity to win it again, but must however win this game, without this game their chance of winning the league is very low. Man City are also clearly pushing to win and come out triumphant. The odds are currently in favor of Man City due to their stella record and strength they are showing, they will use all their strongest plays as well as knowing and using against Arsenal all the mistakes and issues they have had the last 3 games.
Arsenal are missing William Saliba as he is struggling to fully recover from his recent back injury and he is expected to miss Wednesday’s game as well as most likely the rest of the season. Takehiro Tomiyasu and Mohamed Elneny are also out of the rest of the season with their season ending knee injuries.
Man City head into Wednesday’s game with an almost 100% clean slate of health just slight worry over Nathan Ake as he is currently nursing an thigh injury.
With the Premier League starting to come to an end the pressure is on for both teams in a fight to the start of the finish.
